Excellent book

This is one of the best written books for people into natural health care. It is highly researched with sources given for every chapter. It's really too bad that some people find it necessary to condemn the works of writers who have put years into their research. Vic Shayne has more than 30 years of professional research and clinical experience in Human Nutrition. If you want to avoid fads and truly stay healthy, read this book!

One of the best books I have read about whole food nutrition and I have read a lot of them. Too many "health" books on the market are about the latest fad or vitamin. It is about damn time someone wrote a book like this. This book gives people the ability to heal themselves with real food. As someone who works with patients to help them heal using whole food nutrition, it is great to be able to recommend a book for them to read. If you want an easy to understand book, that is packed with great health information, than this book is for you.
I only wish I could give it more stars.

I finally got a chance to read this book. Read it cover to cover. Having practiced for over 30 years and always looking for well written, well researched books for patients to read to help improve their health, The Super Foods Diet hits the nail on the head. I wish it had been around to recommend to patients years ago. There are many books out there with more anecdotal information than researched facts. While most are well meaning, they can be misdirecting. Use this book as your guide through the world of quality health and nutrition
